Further to our advice dated March 29, 2010, it is noted that as a result of review on the port congestion at Callao, Member Lines of this Conference will announce an adjustment of the present Callao PCS from USD160/TEU to USD210/TEU effective June 15, 2010.

The foregoing adjustments will be done by individual Members at their own discretion on a voluntary and non-binding basis.

Members will continue to monitor the situations at the port and will review the situation as appropriate.
