Member Lines of this Agreement, having made a thorough review on the current market, have concluded that the rates are not in a sustainable level for them to maintain the quality of services for customers. As such, they will seek customers’ understanding on their rate restoration program effective January 1, 2012 at a level of USD560/20’ and USD800/40’.

Members will fully communicate with their customers on the above program.

Please note, however, that the above RR program is a working remark which does not bind on Members who are free to deviate from the remark.
