Member Lines of this Agreement have reviewed the market situation and concluded that they would have no alternative but to seek customers’ understanding on the rate restoration program effective December 15, 2011 at a level of USD560/20’ and USD800/40’.

Members will fully communicate with their customers to confirm the program
