| EMERGENCY BUNKER ADJUSTMENT FACTOR (EBAF) |
| Shippers are hereby advised that as a result of review based on the latest five consecutive weeks’ average bunker prices, the current NZ EBAF of $550/20’, $1100/40’, $27.50/RT will be adjusted downward to $500/20’, $1000/40’, $25.00/RT with effect from 16th July, 2010 until further notice. |
