| Shippers are hereby advised that the following CAF(%) and BAF($) will be applicable, during the period 1st April, 2010 - 30th June, 2010:- |

| Shippers are hereby advised that as a result of review based on the latest five consecutive weeks’ average bunker prices, the current NZ EBAF of $525/20’, $1050/40’, $26.25/RT will be adjusted upward to $550/20’, $1100/40’, $27.50/RT with effect from 4th June,2010 until further notice. |
