| Lagos Congestion Surcharge for PCC Shipments |
| Further to our advice dated September 27, 2011 concerning the above subject, it is noted that as a result of review on the congestion situation at Lagos, the Lagos Congestion Surcharge for PCC shipments will continue to be assessed at Nil effective January 1 to March 31, 2012. |
| Member Lines continue to monitor the situation and will review the surcharge whenever necessary. |
