| Lagos Congestion Surcharge on PCC Shipments |
| Further to our advice dated March 19, 2010 concerning the above subject, it is noted that as a result of review on the congestion situation at Lagos, Member Lines of this Conference will announce an adjustment of the present Lagos Congestion Surcharge for PCC shipments from US$2.64/M3 to US$0.14/M3 effective July 1 to September 30, 2010. |
| Member Lines continue to monitor the situation and will review the surcharge whenever necessary. |
